IN STOCK ITEMS

Orders containing in-stock products are shipped within 3-5 business days from our Sunshine Coast dispatch location.

SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Once your order has been packed and handed over to AusPost, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Standard & Express shipping options are available at checkout. Australia Post delivery times vary by location.

PRE-ORDERS

All pre-orders will be shipped within 3 weeks of purchase.
You will receive email updates throughout the pre-order window so you always know where your order is in the production and dispatch process.

ORDER CHANGES

If you need to update your delivery address or details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an item has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package is delayed or missing, reach out to us and we’ll assist with an AusPost investigation.
